Gregory K. E. Stokes, 50, Peck
Gregory K. E. Stokes, 50, of Peck passed away March 1, 2012, at his home following a short illness.
He was born Sept. 1, 1961, in Taylorville, Ill. He moved to Lynnwood, Wash., with his mother and sister in 1966. It was there that a special man came into his life and filled the role of being his dad. Soon after came the addition of a brother and another sister.
In 1982 he moved to Idaho, where he met and married the love of his life. Together they share the love of the outdoors.
He loved to be at hunting camp with many friends, where they would hunt, fish and ride four-wheelers.
He will be missed greatly on those yearly excursions.
He is survived by his wife and companion of 24 years; his parents; two sisters; brother; four stepchildren; three nephews; niece; grandma; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial will be conducted at a later date.
