Scott T. Puksta, 47, formerly of Weippe, died in Ogden, Utah.
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Puksta; brothers, Greg and Mark Puksta; and one nephew, David.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather; two sons; two brothers; and two sisters.
A memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, at our Lady of the Woodland Church in Pierce. Burial will be at Weippe.
