James C. Hussey, 38, Peck
     James Carlton Hussey, 38, of Peck, passed away Sept. 13, 2011.
     He was born Feb. 26, 1973, in Inglewood, Calif. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1990 to 1992.
     In 1992 he married, but that married ended in divorce in 2008. He remarried in 2008 in McCall.
     From 1998 to 2008 James worked at Guy Bennett Lumber in Clarkston. He started working for DeAtley Crushing Services in March of 2008 and worked there until his death. James is a former Peck City Council member and was a member of the Big Canyon Fire Department.
     James loved his job and enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding ATVs, anything outdoors, visiting the ocean with his wife and children, and improving his home. He was loved greatly for living his life to the fullest.
     James was a wonderful father and an amazing husband. His wife and children were always first in his thoughts and he centered his energy on making life good for them. He will be missed greatly and will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
     He is survived by his wife of Peck; one son of Fort Collins, Colo.; two sons of Peck; one daughter of Spokane; and two daughters of Peck; his mother and stepfather of Kennewick; his sister and brother-in-law of San Jose, Calif.; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Hussey.
     A memorial was conducted last Saturday at the Peck Park.
