Jack Larry Hester, 68, Denver, Colo.
Jack Larry Hester, 68, of Denver, Colo., died Saturday, March 17, 2012, at his home in Ahsahka. He passed away with his family by his side. Jack was born Oct. 9, 1943, to Jack Hester Sr. and Helen Scott in Denver. Jack was a diesel mechanic who worked for several trucking companies.
Jack was a longtime resident of Denver. Throughout most of his life, Jack loved to fish, hunt, and spend time with friends and family.
Preceding Jack in death were his mother and father, Jack and Helen; his sister, Cheryl Clements; and a granddaughter, Montana Rose Peoples.
Surviving Jack are two sons; three daughters; and his sister, Claudia Hester; as well as 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
At Jack's request there will be no public service. The family requests that donations be made in Jack's name to any drug and alcohol treatment facilities.
Malcom's Brower-Wann Funeral Home of Lewiston is handling the arrangements.
