     Deb was born Feb. 12, 1957, to James Dewey and Joyce Stout, both of whom preceded her in death.
     She is survived by her husband; her daughter; two grandchildren; four sisters and their husbands; one brother and his wife; her stepmother; two stepdaughters and their husbands; four step-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
